I’ve been playing a lot of Professor Layton and the diabolical box lately, so here’s some fanart =)
Well I couldn’t resist after finishing The Ringmaster, so here is his daughter Angelica.
Name: Angelica
Age: 15
Location: Changes every few weeks, but is currently set at the border of Dutchville
Family: Mother Helena (deceased), Father Auguste aka The Ringmaster, like her dad, all performers are just as much family to her
Story: Angelica was only 5 years old when her mother died. Her father continued to raise her as he traveled and she quickly started to join in with her fathers dangerous and crazy acts. She excels in acrobatics and loves to be around and take care of the circus animals. She didn’t know any better of course. For her this was nothing but typical life. Being raised in this twisted world of her father, surrounded by the oddest and craziest performers out there, it was only natural that she didn’t exactly grow up to be a normal girl either.
Although not as Insane as her father she never really has been able to understand how the world works and sees herself as an outcast. This, and due to the fact that she lost her mother, she became very independent, with a quick temper leading to violent actions, an odd sense of humor and regularly occurring moodswings. She always keeps her plushie close to her which she got from her mother. She’s taken it upon her to protect her father and the troupe at all cost as it is all she ever had and knows in her life.
Something different. I felt like creating a new Britland Villain and wanted to go with a darker, circus themed character.
Name: The Ringmaster (real name: Auguste Trengel)
Age: 54
Location: Changes every few weeks, but is currently set at the border of Dutchville
Family: Wife Helena (deceased), daughter Angelica, and sees his performers as family of his own
Story: used to own an admirable and well known Circus: Cirque Grimnoir. At one point popularity started to go down and he needed new ways to attract customers once more. He started coming up with more original, but also more dangerous acts to a point where it started to get questionable if such acts were acceptable. Despite numerous warnings, the new acts attracted a crowd, so he continued his ideas only for fate to strike. His wife, one of the performers, tragically died during an act leaving Auguste alone with his, at that point of time, 5 year old daughter Angelica.
Since then, knowing it was him who came up with the act that killed wife, Auguste completely snapped. The Circus became but a shadow of what it used to be, but he refused to give up. From that point on Auguste died along with his wife, and he answered only by the name of The Ringmaster. Clinging on to his daughter, now age 15, and a handful of equally sick performers who joined his Circus during travel, he continues to keep the Circus alive with twisted and inhuman acts.
Today I got the Crazy Shopguy, who you should know if you’ve seen the old episodes. I also got the Dogcatcher. What you say?! A dogcatcher? In a series with a dog? MADNESS!!!
But yeah, although I had him designed form the start he never really got used because he wasn’t going to show up till episode 4.

I’m currently working on making the old, unfinished episode 3, into a comic. Hope you look forward to this.

If you’ve known my art for a while then you know Noodles the Ninja Dog. If you don’t, SHAME ONE YOU AND YOUR UNBORN CHILDREN!!! Just to refresh your memory, or if you really don’t know anything about Noodles, it used to be a flash series (if you consider 2 animations a serie) I did a few years back. I even got frontpage on newgrounds and sheezy and awards for both, and mostly good reactions back then. Looking back at it now though I wonder why, they’re quite silly really.

I was working and had partially finished a 3rd episode, and even had a 4th episode in mind. But flash wasn’t working along and I lost motivation along the way. So now I’ll give comics a try instead and bring these guys back. I’ll be uploading some characters in the next few updates. For starters, here’s Dave, and Noodles of course =)
If you’re wondering, what about Eternal Nightfall then? I’m of course working on it as well so you can expect updates about it too. Jin out.

So next up is the big group picture which is in the works, but tomorrow is my last free day and then it’s back to work. So I can’t really say when it’ll be finished as it’s also something I want to take my time on. I usually don’t do large group pictures so I wanna do it right from the first time. Every good fantasy story needs a dwarf, so here we have Dalric.
He might look evil but he’s quite the good guy. Loves a good beer too. That leaves just 2 main characters to go.
Nr 4. Oh my, I’m starting to update daily here almost, how unlike me!
Nessa is along with Orsin one of the characters that I’ve had for a while. I’m still not completely happy with the face, but it is a definite design. Time and practice right?
Going to the beach tomorrow but you can definitely expect an update tomorrow as well. Jin out ;D
If you’ve known me for a while you’ll know this guy, as he was the first character I created and pretty much is the reason why I started this whole series.
So yeah, that’s Orsin for you. Again, you’ll learn more about him as I start the story As a small extra, I’d like to show you how he evolved over the last 4 years
2006 was when I first started to draw him, and really was just experimenting. 2007 is when I started to work on the story and made a redesign, mainly giving a more rough look. Then later 2008 when we put up this site and decided to work more seriously on the story I made yet another redesign. And now here we are today with another take on him. I personally think it’s a nice mix between the 2007 and 2008 version with the fresh colored outlines adding to it. Also, gotta love how his ears grew over the years ;D
